This is a Small Group Training membership for the gym girlie looking for:
Accountability, Consistency, and Community.
If that sounds like you, then join the club! Once you join FTC, you can attend up to 2 small group PT sessions every week. You'd be training with whoever signs up for the same timeslot and we will switch up your workout program every month and adjust according to your individual progress.
