Personal Training

The go-to option for those who want a taste of PT at CHARIS Athletics which includes a lot, but an appropriate amount of undivided attention and plenty of guidance on workout forms. 

Includes: 1 hour Personal Training Session

 

FIT-CHICK Training Club

(starts in March!)

This is a Small Group Training membership for the gym girlie looking for:​

Accountability, Consistency, and Community.

If that sounds like you, then join the club!​ Once you join FTC, you can attend up to 2 small group PT sessions every week. You'd be training with whoever signs up for the same timeslot and we will switch up your workout program every month and adjust according to your individual progress.

As a club member, you'd enjoy:

  • 2x Small Group PT Sessions per week

  • All-Day Gym Access

  • Unlimited Community Class

1 -Month Small Group Training
  • 2x per week Small Group PT Sessions for 1 Month

Coaches are assigned based on both clients' and coaches' availabilities.
