SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING
Semi-Private Group Training (SPGT) is the programme for women looking for consistency, accountability, and guidance from a personal trainer. Our signature small group class offers consistent progress tracking, and to top it off, a supportive environment and community unique to CHARIS Athletics.
With a maximum of 5 people in a group, you will complete 5 strength-training exercises. With 2 sessions per week across 12 weeks, SPGT is a sustainable and economical option for those who want strength training as a part of their lifestyle.
