NOT JUST A GYM

BUT A MOVEMENT

FOR WOMEN, BY WOMEN.

IDENTITY

We want our gym to be a safe space where women can discover their inner beauty and confidence before expressing it outwardly. Our training programs are designed to empower women to identify and reach their full potential in fitness and in life. We highly value body positivity, healthy lifestyles, and sustainability.

TRAINING

Our training programs are tailored to women of all fitness levels. From beginner to advanced, regardless of age, you're in good hands of experienced trainers who will help you reach your fitness goals. From personal training to community classes, we have something for everyone.

COMMUNITY

We believe in the power of community to help us achieve our fitness goals. Our gym is a safe and supportive space for women to connect with and motivate each other. We designed our coffee lounge as a cosy and inviting space to have good conversations and educational workshops, and to de-stress after a long day.

If you're a busy working adult, we got you. We offer to simplify your life by preparing your pre and post workout meals/beverages, for convenient and sustainable meal planning.

Weightlifting is for men.
Weightlifting is for anyone who wants to improve their strength, endurance, and overall fitness, irregardless of gender.

Lifting weight makes women bulky.
Building a bulky physique usually requires specific training programs, diets, and often supplements. This is very difficult to achieve for the general population of women.

You should eat less to lose weight.
Crash dieting by eating very little and not understanding the relationship between food and your body can be harmful and counterproductive. Our goal should be healthy and sustainable fat loss, by creating healthy food habits and enjoying an active lifestyle.

Skinny is pretty.
Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. What's most important is being healthy and feeling confident in your own skin. Aesthetics can still be a goal, but building strength for functional and health purposes should be the priority.

I'm too old/young for the gym.
Age is not a barrier to fitness. People of all ages can benefit from exercise. Young people can start developing healthy habits early, and older individuals can improve their overall health with appropriate exercise routines.

I want to change ___ about my body.
It's okay to have fitness goals and work towards improving your body, but it's essential to do it in a healthy and sustainable way. Instead of aiming for dramatic changes, consider setting realistic goals, seeking professional guidance, and embracing the progress.
